Healing Retreat: One Water, Many Streams - Spiritual Healing as a fruit of your Spiritual Practice
Spiritual Healing is more than just a therapy. It is one of the fruits of the Spiritual Life, and as such is found in all spiritual traditions in one form or another. It is probably clearest in the life of Jesus Christ, who told his disciples to carry on this work. This informal retreat will use talks, dialogue, led meditation and silent contemplation to discover the Healing Stream within your own spiritual tradition, and ways in which you can apply it, for your own benefit and that of others.
Jim Pym has been a spiritual leader for more than 40 years. He is a Quaker, a member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers, Quaker Spiritual Healers and the Quaker Retreat Group. He has a particular interest in interfaith understanding, particularly Christian and Buddhist, and regularly leads retreats at Claridge House in Surrey and Charney Manor in Oxfordshire. Jim is the author of a number of books, including 'What Kind of God; What Kind of Healing', (published by the Friends Fellowship of Healing).
The cost for a single en-suite is £195 or for shared en-suite (if desired) £165.
